Home Solutions Scotland is owned and operated by Margaret and Jim Gardiner, who have been successfully buying and selling property since 1987.

Margaret gained an M.A. from Glasgow University in 1990, while Jim has a wealth of experience running successful home improvement, buy-to-let and holiday rental companies under the JMC Properties group.

Both partners have always put customer satisfaction as their number one priority. This is especially important in the Sell And Rent Back part of the JMC group.

Margaret explains, "Many of our customers are in financial difficulty. Their problems are of major concern to them. They need to be treated with respect, tact and understanding. We often have to act speedily and always with complete discretion, there is no need for neighbours to know what is going on. We don't make judgements, we simply find solutions."
