WHAT COSTS DO I HAVE AS A TENANT?

As you do now, you would continue to pay for gas, electricity, phone and council tax. You should also pay contents insurance. Unlike before, you will not now have to pay for buildings insurance, common charges or any buildings maintenance, as we will take responsibility for those payments. In houses with gas appliances, we also provide you with an annual gas safety inspection.



WHEN IS THE RENT PAYABLE?

Depending on individual circumstances, normally rents are paid monthly in advance.


 
HOW LONG CAN I RENT MY PROPERTY BACK FOR?

We prefer to rent back properties long term, as this provides stability and peace of mind.


 
HOW DO YOU COLLECT MY RENT?

For convenience and to assure your privacy by not coming to your door every month, we recommend monthly payment by standing order.
