Which airlines let you buy tickets at the airport?

of course they will let you buy a ticket at the airport and so will Ryanair and all other low-cost airlines. All they want is money.
Any should if they have seats open.

All the large classic airlines (not the pricefighters) do this. Bring the money and your passport and hope for a free seat.
All of them do. Money talks.
Virtually all airlines will let you pay cash at the airport; but be warned: Doing so will elevate your ‘risk profile’ with safety officials, so be prepared for intensive screening when you go through security. Otherwise, there should be no issues.
