Every time we conclude the purchase of a property on your recommendation, we will pay you a "Thank You" - to the sum of one percent of the purchase price of the property.
That means if we buy a property for £50,000, you will get a cheque for £500.
If we buy for £100,000, you get a cheque for £1,000 - and so on.
You do not need to be an existing client to benefit from recommending us and receiving a Thank You cheque. Perhaps you are a concerned parent, maybe you have heard a friend or work colleague voice their concerns about their circumstances. Tell your contact about us and let us know you have introduced us. We will, only after having heard from you, write or phone your contact to offer our advice.
